These terms and conditions are valid for all BOC-Cycling tours. By registering for the cycling experience, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.

The Participant is not entitled to attend the cycling tour until BOC-Cycling has received full payment and cleared funds are confirmed.

When registering for a tour, a €300 deposit is required unless within two months of arrival, in which case the full amount is due at the time of registration. Once the registration is cleared, an invoice with the balance will be sent. Remaining payments are due at least two months before arrival. Failure to pay may result in cancellation. Your e-mail and personal details must be accurate and up to date. Deposits and charges, within the mentioned timeframes, are non-refundable.

To participate in our tour we require that every rider must be 18 years of age or older. Occasionally we can make exceptions depending on the level of fitness and experience of the minor (minimum 16 years old), although the rider must be accompanied by an adult who is willing to take complete responsability.

BOC-Cycling reserves the right, during the tour, to cease participation and remove anyone if:

  • You breach any rules and laws, or if your behavior risks safety, harms the environment, or is otherwise inappropriate; or
  • You fail to arrive at the specified time or location. BOC-Cycyling is not responsible for any issues arising from flight delays or cancellations; or
  • You are unfit to participate due to excessive alcohol or drug consumption. At all times You are responsible for your alcohol intake; or
  • You are unfit to participate due to injury or illness; or
  • You display excessive, noisy, or inappropriate behavior towards other participants, staff or local people.

In case you are asked to cease participation, you must return any items provided by us in good condition.

You acknowledge that the cycling tour may involve strenuous physical exercise or other factors which could involve personal risk, including serious injury or death, and you fully understand and accept these:

  • The cycling experience will be held on public roads with expected hazards;
  • Activities may involve long periods of exertion, including in inclement or very hot weather;
  • You should only participate if you are medically able and properly trained;
  • Ensure you are in good health and physical condition for the cycling experience;

You also acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will adhere to all rules and staff instructions at all times;
  • You will comply with all local laws during the tour;
  • You will assist fellow participants in need of medical attention and alert staff;
  • You will always wear a cycling helmet while riding;
  • You will prepare for varied or adverse weather conditions;
  • You will not litter in any area related to the tour or on the road.

You consent to medical care and transportation if injured and waive liability related to medical treatment. You are responsible for all medical expenses and must arrange your own insurance coverage for the cycling tour.

You acknowledge and understand that it is your personal responsibility to provide accurate contact and medical information upon registration. We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

The following items are not included in your booking;

  • Travel insurance, including coverage for your belongings, sports equipment, participatory activities, or personal liability;
  • Flights, baggage, or meals as detailed in your individual travel itinerary;
  • Costs associated with visas, passports, or other travel authorizations.

We reserve the right to cancel the cycling experience if circumstances beyond our control affect participant safety or our ability to hold the event properly, including war, unrest, pandemic, terrorism, or severe weather. A minimum of 6 participants is necessary to greenlight a tour.

We will notify you via email or phone.

If the tour is canceled, you may be entitled to a refund or a replacement tour of similar value. However, we will not be liable for any travel or related expenses under any circumstances.

We may need to make changes to the cycling tour, including the location of the Finca. We will notify you immediately in case of changes.

If the Finca’s location changes, you agree to accept the new location, and your booking remains non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If we need to change the dates of the cycling tour, we will inform you in writing. You will have a guaranteed spot on the new dates. If you agree to the new dates, you are responsible for any additional costs related to the camp, including travel and accommodation. If you cannot attend on the new dates or choose not to accept them, you can get a refund of the fee. We are not responsible for any additional travel or associated expenses, or other losses resulting from the date change.

If you want to cancel your Booking, you must contact us as soon as possible. To cover the cost of processing your cancellation, and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your arrangements, we’ll make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. You are responsible for paying this charge, as follows:

  • More than 3 months before the tour: you will be charged the deposit, 300 euros.
  • 3 months or less before the tour starts: you will be charged the full amount.

Your participation cannot be postponed or rescheduled to other dates. If you cannot attend our tour for any reason, you will not receive a refund for the cycling tour fee, any booking fee, or any other costs incurred (e.g., travel).

We may use the personal information you provide, including emergency contact details and medical information, to give you medical assistance in case of an emergency during the cycling experience.

You can request not to have your personal data used for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of receiving future emails and newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails we send, or emailing us at [email protected] to request removal or correction of your information from/on our website.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your property during the Cycling Tour. You are fully responsible for the safety and security of your own belongings.

By using one of our bikes, you confirm that:

  • You have the necessary experience and have checked that the bike is in good working condition;
  • You will inform our staff immediately if you notice any malfunctions with the bike;
  • You agree not to use the bike improperly and accept that you may be charged for any damage incurred during the cycling tours;
  • If the bike is stolen, you will be responsible for reimbursing BOC-Cycling for the bike’s original purchase price and any accessories provided.

On arrival you will receive all accessories we provide for the tour. You should return them after we complete the last ride. Keep in mind that;

  • Any significant damage or issues affecting the functionality of the equipment will be assessed;
  • You must notify the staff as soon as you notice any damage;
  • You authorize BOC-Cycling to charge you for any costs related to damage to the equipment;
  • In the event of theft, you are responsible for reimbursing BOC-Cycling for the original purchase price of the missing item(s).

BOC-Cycling might record photos and videos during their tours. You agree to the use of your image, including any edits in publications on the internet or other media.

We and those authorized by us have the right to use and profit from these recordings without prior notice or compensation to you.

You can opt-out anytime by notifing us via email or phone.

You and BOC-Cycling agree to resolve any claims related to these Terms through final and binding arbitration, which is a quicker and more informal process than going to court.

If a court or authority finds any clause of this contract unlawful, the remaining clauses will still be valid and enforceable.

This contract is solely between you and BOC-Cycling. No other person has any rights to enforce any of its terms.
