This policy describes how BOC-Cycling processes the personal data you share through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect and why

The only personal data this website collects is what you send through our contact and bespoke forms: email address, phone number and the content of your message (optionally, the journey you are interested in). We process it to answer your enquiry and prepare the week you ask us about.

The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for any later commercial communication you request, your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it

Your form data is handled by these providers acting as processors:

  • Resend: delivers your message to our mailbox;
  • Make: keeps an operational copy of the enquiry for follow-up;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-spam verification on the forms;
  • Vercel: hosting of this website;
  • Sanity: content and image management.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and, if you book, for the duration of our contractual relationship and the legally required periods thereafter.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@boc-cycling.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate, only if you accept it through the cookie banner (legal basis: your consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR, withdrawable at any time). IP addresses are anonymised and no advertising features are enabled. If you reject the banner, no data is sent to Google. See theCookie Policy for details.
