We don’t visit Mallorca. We live here.

We’re not here to show you Mallorca from a guidebook. We live here, ride here, and know the island beyond its famous roads. Our local knowledge is what allows us to create experiences that feel personal, effortless, and genuinely Mallorcan.

The BOC founders riding together on a Mallorcan road

Behind BOC

Our story began with two very different paths that happened to meet on the roads of Mallorca. One of us came from luxury hospitality, where comfort, discretion and attention to detail are second nature. The other was a triathlon champion in Latin America, bringing years of experience on the bike and a deep connection with Mallorca. Somewhere between countless rides and shared conversations, the idea for BOC began to take shape.

We wanted to create the kind of cycling experience we would want ourselves: beautifully planned, completely personal and effortless from start to finish. Combining a passion for cycling with a commitment to exceptional hospitality, we created BOC to share the Mallorca we know and love: beyond the obvious routes, with the right people, the right roads and every detail taken care of.

Named after the goat that owns these mountains

The boc is Mallorca's wild mountain goat: native to this island, found nowhere else on earth. It climbs where nothing else climbs, lives off this land, and doesn't follow the herd. We put it on our badge because it's the standard: know the terrain like you were born on it.

Meet your guides.

Damián

Damián

A former elite triathlete with titles at Argentine and South American championships, Damián arrived in Mallorca many years ago, drawn by the island’s reputation as a true cycling paradise. Today, deeply in love with the island and with years of experience as a cycling guide, he has transformed his elite sporting background into a genuine passion for the simple joy of riding. With an intimate knowledge of Mallorca’s roads, trails, and hidden routes, he loves sharing the island’s most beautiful corners with others.

His philosophy: Cycling is something to be felt, not measured.

A little-known fact: Damián traded the intensity of competitive triathlon in South America for the freedom of exploring Mallorca’s roads at his own pace.

Pep

Pep

A true Mallorcan at heart and passionate about all things two wheels, Pep spends his days exploring every corner of the island. With extensive experience as a cycling guide and an impressive racing record as a multiple Balearic Islands champion across various disciplines, from road cycling to MTB and gravel, he knows Mallorca’s trails and roads like the back of his hand. He knows how to push the pace and tackles climbs and descents like a mountain goat. But his real talent lies in knowing when to slow things down, enjoy the ride and share his passion with the group.

His philosophy: Cycling is all about connection: with the terrain, with the effort and, above all, with the people you share the ride with.

A fun fact: Pep has made the podium on the island on both tarmac and dirt, through dust and mud, making him a true all-round expert on every type of terrain Mallorca has to offer.

Your Chef: Baltasar

Meet Baltasar Díaz Corbacho

Great cooking starts with great ingredients.

Baltasar knows both worlds of gastronomy. He has worked alongside some of the most well known chefs, including Martín Berasategui, Santi Santamaría and Alain Ducasse.

As Executive Chef at Santo Restaurante, at Seville's EME Catedral Hotel, he led the kitchen to its first Michelin star just nine months after opening, under Martín Berasategui's direction.

His work has taken him around the world, sharing his knowledge at culinary events and discovering new ingredients, flavours and cultures. But wherever he goes, his cooking always takes him back home.

Born in Ronda, southern Spain, Baltasar grew up in his family's restaurant. Some of his earliest food memories come from watching his mother, grandmother and aunties cooking. That is where he first learned to appreciate honest food, local ingredients and the kind of cooking that comes from experience, instinct and generations of tradition.

Today, those memories remain at the heart of his cooking. He believes in fresh, seasonal products, local suppliers and letting good ingredients speak for themselves. At BOC, this is what he loves to bring to the table. The experience of fine dining, the soul of traditional cooking and a genuine love for local produce.

A little fun fact: Spanish is his first language, but he will happily chat with guests in English or French.

Perfectionist in the kitchen, joker at heart and always ready to enjoy a good meal, a good laugh and the pleasures of life.
