A long table laid for dinner in the villa garden, among olive branches and terracotta

A table worth every climb.

The big operators book restaurants. We set one table, in your house, and cook the island onto it. This is the half of the week your legs don't see coming.

The Mediterranean at your table.

The Mediterranean has its own way of bringing people to the table. Local olive oil and almonds, freshly landed fish, seasonal produce and wine shaped by the surrounding landscape. Our kitchen draws inspiration from the culinary traditions of the Iberian Peninsula and the Spanish shores of this sea, from local markets and coastal heritage to thoughtfully prepared dinners that capture the flavours and character of the places explored along the way.

How dinner works at BOC

Every menu is written for your week: from the market that morning, the season and what your legs earned.

Dinner is served at home, in the villa: no reservations, no dress code, no drive back. All drinks are included, and Mallorcan comes first.
